I am not aware if we have this functionality in SAP PM / CS module.
Requirement:
1. There are symptom codes maintained in SAP. With reference to the symptom code client wants to link the employee number.
For example:
ABC1 Fan is not working.. So they want to maintain the list of employee numbers who can work on this symptom code. 1 symptom code can have link to multiple employees.
2. Scheduling of resource in SAP should happen based on the symptom code assigned in the service notification and technician assigned to the same.
Generally the scheduling happens based on the employees assigned in the work center which is maintained in the service order.
