Transaction Variant Issue

Dear SAP Expert,

I am facing and issue regarding transaction variant. I have created a transaction variant and assign it to variant group.  Now i created another transaction variant and i want to assign it to group. But system is not changing this variant in group. Please guide me how is this possible.
