I have few doubts on Provisioning system. I am very new to the area of Succcessfactors and It would be great if any one could enlighten me with some knowledge on the same.
1) how do we replicate the configuration that has been done in Test Provisioning system to the Production Provisioning system? Also how do we replicate the configuration that has been done in Test instance to the Production Instance?
2) As a customer of SAP SF, do we have the access to Provisioning system or do we have to contact SAP SF for any enabling or disabling some feature in the Provisioning system
3) How do we ensure the test Provisioning system and Production Provisioning system 's configuration , both updated with the same configuration?Also, in the test instance and production instance?
4) why do some companies opt for additional instances?
