I am trying to change ticket status from 'New' to In Process using method:HF_SET_STATUS but its giving a error
Configuration is fine
Development: Method call: HF_SET_STATUS and Processing Parameters: USER_STATUS Initial value E0002.
Conditions are also maintaned properly
Also, i cheked processing log but its empty.
Same action works fine for email notification.
Could someone please help me on above issue.
