Problem installing EPM add-in sp24 with Windows 8 and Office 365

Hi experts,

I am facing some troubles installing the EPM add-in sp24 on a Windows 8 64bits and Office 365 32bits system.

I actually get errors inside the Cmd prompt during the installation such as the following lines (this is just an extract):

1>Warning: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'sapnco, Version=3.0.0.42, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50436dca5c7f7d23' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. while resolving 0xa001157 - SAP.Middleware.Connector.IRfcTable.get_Metadata.

1>Could not load file or assembly 'sapnco, Version=3.0.0.42, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=50436dca5c7f7d23' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. while compiling method BAPIODBOConnection.CreateDrillThroughResult

The installation still goes on and behave as if it had succeeded but the EPM Add-in is clearly not installed and cannot be launched.

System is the following:

Window 8.1 Pro 64bits

Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 32bits

Microsoft C++ Redistribuable Package 2010, 2012 & 2013 (both versions x86 and x64)

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 (with Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 turned on inside Control Panel/Windows Features)

I have also tried to install VBA 7 following the solution described here:

Not sure if this has installed anything....

Any help would be very appreciated.
