- We have 10 different Finished products
- 2 lines of production Heating and Blending
- Indirect Lab , Direct Lab
- Dept :- QC , Maintaince , Admin , Logistics ,Managerment , Production , Service
- Note :- Finished Prodcuts are our profitcenters
I am bit unclear on the design that we should have for our costcenters and some of below Queries
Q.1 What should be the design of my Costcenters ? Plesae give example considering the Above Data
Q,2 How the Costs incurred by all the departments (Primary and secondary cost) will flow to those 10 Finished products
Q.3 How do I capture Labour hours when we have card swipe system in place , the employee swipes the card and his work hours are captured ,
40 hrs per week
Q.4 Based on Q.3 , we run the payroll how will that costs flow to those 10 different Finished products costs
Q.5 Also connected to Q.4 , We pay employees over time as well , how will this cost flow to cost of the 10 different finished products
