I am testing the service hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand Using the t.code SICF.

The system generate the following message of error:

Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later

I have checked the following notes:

1017866 - Consulting note: Candidate scenarios using Web Dynpro ABAP

1705176 - Candidate gets error "You do not have the required authorization to execute the application" while

applying for Job in E-Recruiting WebDynpro ABAP application

Software Component: ERECRUIT:

I also  have checked using hrrcf_a_candidate_registration webdynpro application to register external candidates and the message is the same.

I also go to IMG > SAP E-Recruiting > Technical Settings > User Interfaces > Candidate > Front-End Candidate > Specify E-Recruiting Services (Web Dynpro ABAP) and checked that all services is configured.

Also check RECFA BL2UI/UI2BL switches in table T77S0

Service user RCF_UNREG assigned to services as perDocumentation of Customising Activity->sap e-rec->technical settings ->user interfaces->candidates->front-end candidate->Specify e-rec Services .

Activities

1. Activate the services with the prefix

hrrcf

in the path /default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/.

2. Activate the services in the path /default_host/sap/bc/erecruiting/.

3. Activate the services with the prefix

hrrcf_wd

in the path /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/.

4. Assign the

service user

to the following services.

• Mandatory with Logon Data
