I am working on SMP 3.0 SP10, Service Manager 4.2.
There is the functionality of Survey / Checklist when we are creating the confirmations.
Example :
Replacement checklist
Major Maintenance checklist
Suppose with a single service order, multiple equipments are attached. For each equipment we have to fill the Maintenance checklist.
Now with the current feature, when we fill one checklist the status of checklist changes from New to Taken.
In this case Suppose I submitted FIRST checklist for FIRST equipment the status has changed to taken.
Now again If I want to submit the same checklist for SECOND equipment the older checklist gets over ridden.
We cannot have 5 Maintenance checklist as we are not sure how many equipments are attached to which service order.
Example:
Replacement checklist 1
Replacement checklist 2 ...
Major Maintenance checklist 1
Major Maintenance checklist 2 ....
Is there a way that multiple checklist of same section ( Say Maintenance checklist ) can be created ( may be in some drop down format). So that with a single confirmation , multiple equipments can be handled.
Example
Replacement checklist -> Checklist 1 , Checklist 2 ....
Major Maintenance checklist -> checklist 1 , checklist 2 ..
Can this be achieved or is this going to be included in some future release. Please advise
