The request from the client was to change the negative ded.to hours to -30 in IT2006 for all employees with effect from say. 1 June (a future date). For this request I had delimited the current record and created a new record with the new start date and new value in "Define Absence Quota type".
In IT2006, the values for Neg. ded. to are reflecting as expected for hires after the effective date, while for existing employees, the field is picking the delimited values. I need the new value to be reflected for all employees in IT2006. Looking for guidance on how to achieve this.
What is the standard functionality of this field?
