Error in payroll

Dear Gurus..

I ve an error in payroll run.. i ve maintained basic salary as per below screen shot and when i m trying to run the payroll it is allowing me to run the payroll but when i m opening my RT it is not showing all components.... please help .

Please help its urgent requirement ...
