OData CREATE/POST request is giving 500 internal error

Hi Experts,

I have created OData CREATE for SOAP backend with SMP3 SP07. When testing from Advanced REST client, its giving 500 Internal error.

Public URL is:

http://emrelay.adfca.ae/ias_relay_server/client/rs_client.dll/AEADEMAP10AFS.SUPFarm/gateway/odata/ADFCA/CREATE_TEST;v=1/

OData project is attached along with SMP3 DEBUG logs. I have gone through logs but could not get any helpful hint to find out the root cause.

Hope someone could help in understanding the attached logs and what could be wrong with the attached OData project?
