ITM file

Hi all,

I want to upload the price of  existing item , can guide me how to upload it in excel format and save it into notepad format?

After save h ow to import ITM file ?which location should I go in Data Transfer Work beach ?

because I import to price list in Data Transfer Work beach it will show error message .
