How to disable the availability check when posting a Good issue using the bapi_goodsmvt_create

Hi,

I am trying the to make a good issue using bapi_goodsmvt_create to post a good issue, the same data is posted correctly using the MIGO transaction. but using this bapi gives me this error : No control data maintained for checking group ZT and checking rule 03.

How can I skip this availability check when using the bapi?
