I need to adjust/prorate annual salary maintained in IT0008 based on the Capacity Utilization Level and Wrkhrs/Period.
For E.g. If the employee is having the following data in IT0007 -
Work Schedule Rule - W-40 (40 hours/week)
Employment percent - 100%
Daily working hours - 8
Weekly working hrs - 40
Monthly working hrs - 176
Accordingly the Capacity Utilization Percentage and Wrkhrs/Period in IT0008 are 100% and 176 respectively.
The annual salary is 48000 and monthly salary is 4000.
Now if I assign a different Work Schedule Rule from date say 01.07.2015 as follows -
Work Schedule Rule - W-20 (20 hours/week)
Employment percent - 100%
Daily working hours - 4
Weekly working hrs - 20
Monthly working hrs - 88
Now when I am creating infotype 0008 on 01.07.2015 the earlier entry gets delimited.
Accordingly the Capacity Utilization Percentage and Wrkhrs/Period are 100% and 88 respectively.
But the annual salary is not getting adjusted to 24000.
I have the wage type set as TARIF, Reduction Method 4 and Module B, but no salary change is taking place.
I have even tried changing the Reduction Method to 2.
Please advise.
