Service request search : criteria "Belonging to" missing

Hi all,

I have activated business function CRM_SRV_1 in order to have criteria "Belonging to" available in service request search as refered in the following link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm700_ehp02/helpdata/EN/b2/e3ab411b194d86a7b722e37677a44e/content.htm

However, even after the business function is activated, I cannot find "Belonging to" in search view.

Is there any other customizing to make in order to have this criteria available?
