Version of SAP reports not found?

Hello,

in our Production System (SAP ERP, EHP7) we found out, that only the active version of reports are found.

In QAS and DEV it´s the same.

We go to TX se38 and take a report (i.g. RSPO1041). In the menu we select UTILITIES -> Versions -> Version Management

Then we see the active version and below there´s written => "There are no versions in the version database". (you can see it in attached screenshot)

It´s strange that this happens in PRD system because there are no systemcopies to PRD system - that´s not making sense and isn´t SAP standard.

(So this cannot be the fault that the version db wasn´t saved or anything like that.)

Please help us in this case.
